If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you can request a return within 7 days for Solarfield items for returns and 5 days for Exchange of any items.
For device issues after use or after the return period ends, you may be eligible for a seller or brand warranty. Contact the seller using the details on your invoice for a seller warranty, or check the Brand Contact List for brand warranties. More details are in our Warranty Policy.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and without damage. You can try on the product to check the fit.
All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.
The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If there was an extra layer of Solar Trade packaging, return it in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Note: Print and attach the return label to your package to avoid any delays or issues with your return.
